I was thinking lately if I really like most of the destinations I fly to but I figured it was actually all of them so far that I loved. I’m a traveler. Traveling lover. I’m in love with my Dakar, Senegal.
This place ❤ ! Having dinner with the crew the first night, trying a local beer and discovering this beautiful place from the next day early morning with Seoah, my dear korean friend, just made it all. Trip to the Pink Lake with David, the storyteller, who wanted me to be his second wife, followed by the amazing Safari, the only one in Dakar. Yes, we initially wanted to go to the Gorée Island, but when a storyteller tells you the story of it on the way to Safari, even better. Ending up in the bar hiding from Mauritius* before he comes and finds us and chilling by the pool the last morning ordering pool service makes it a destination you so wanna come back to.
 
* A guy from the business class who comes from Mauritius – actually very useful sometimes to call people by names of the countries they come from (and sometimes very entertaining as well)
